Xiaomi is planning to release new MI TV model
Xiaomi has made a lot of noise in the Smart TV segment in India as it has been launched last year and the company is ready to unveil the new TV model in China on April 23. Opposite of its smartphone market, Xiaomi is one of the top TV manufacturers in China and the company is now ready to further expand its Mi TV lineup. Li Xiaoshuang, General Manager of Xiaomi of Mi TV Division, confirmed that the company is actually planning to launch new products through Social Media Post by the end of this month.
According to a report by GizmoChina, Xiaoshuang said it was a reply to Weibo in response to the announcement of Leibo's Xiaomi TV Launch Conference which is scheduled for April 23.
Xiaomi also released a poster for this event, where the company is expected to launch new products for 2019. While Xiaomi does not have much information about upcoming TV models, the report says that Xiaomi's main focus here is to improve the aesthetics of its TV instead of large hardware changes.
A separate report from 91 Mobiles states that the existing 32-inch model of Mi TV 4A Xiaomi is currently out of stock at its China e-store. It can be an indication that Xiaomi is ready to launch a bunch of refreshed models earliest. We don't know when these new models are coming to India?
