HMD Global launched a series of Android smartphones at the price points this year. However, we are yet to witness launching a flagship smartphone from the company. Although the Nokia 9 flagship device was initially estimated to be announced by the end of this year, it was later delayed until February 2019.

There are many leakage and speculation about the upcoming Nokia smartphone. A set of rumors suggests that a penta-lens device will be accompanied by PureView branding, while some reports point to Zeiss branding. Now, some important details have been revealed by a 360 degree video of the Nokia 9 Render 91mobiles and @OnLeaks.

Nokia 9 : Camera Setup

Like the previous leak, Nokia 9 presenters show the presence of seven rings behind it. Five of these rings are for camera lenses, the sixth is for a dual tone LED flash and can be used to detect proximity for the last dual sensor. Although we cannot confirm what five lenses can be, it seems that there will be a telephoto lens, a deeply sensitive camera and a wide angle lens.

Nokia 9: Specifications and Features Expected

The smartphone is expected to flaunt a 5.9-inch display with a QHD resolution, with an aspect ratio of 18: 9 and a narrow bezel around it. On the front, it is expected to be a selfie camera and two sensors and a notch-less display. Render does not show a physical fingerprint sensor signal on the presence of an in-display fingerprint sensor. We have seen the previous leakages suggesting the same feature seen on recent flagship models like Vivo Nex, OnePlus 6T and more.

Presenters sign a glass sandwich design with a metal frame in the middle. Glass back indicates that there may be support for wireless charging and the device has a USB Type-C port. However, like many other recent flagship models, there is also a lack of 3.5mm headphone jack. Nokia 9 is expected to be launched with the Snapdragon 845 SOC, the Android 9 pie instead of the upcoming Snapdragon 855 aka 8150 chipset, 4150 mAh battery and more.
